What a variety! What will you do with the apple mint? I've got a variety of mints but not too many ideas except tea. And are those large cabbages behind you in the photo? I harvested today about 2 lbs of tomatoes, mostly Rutgers tomatoes and an unknown variety of cherry tomatoes.
